Our Aim:To make sure that every Person with Disability in Sri Lanka has a safe home, access to education, proper care, the ability to work, and the rights and opportunities they deserve.

Our Vision: We want a Sri Lanka where every Person with Disability is welcomed, respected, and free from barriers, where everyone has a fair chance to learn, work, and live a fulfilling life.

Our Mission & Strategy: We work to improve the lives of Persons with Disabilities in Sri Lanka, including children, young people, and vulnerable communities. We do this by making education more inclusive, creating better opportunities to learn skills and earn a living, and pushing for stronger rights and fairer policies. We work closely with communities, use real evidence, and build strong partnerships to create lasting change where everyone can learn, work, and thrive.
